CHOCOLATE MINT Melt Away Cookies


You will instantly fall in love with this easy chocolate cookie recipe! Besides that these Chocolate Mint Melt-Away Cookies are super easy to make. 
It just doesn't get any easier than this.
Chocolate Mint Melt-Away Cookies

Ingredients:

1 Devils Food Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
30 Andes Chocolate Mints

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil together. Roll the dough into small balls and place on an ungreassed cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, no longer.

While the cookies are baking, unwrap the mints. When the cookies are done place 1 mint in the center of each hot cookie and let it stand for a few minutes. Swirl the melted mint on the top of each cookie. Let them cool and then enjoy.

Variations

When we don't have mints on hand, we just make a mint frosting. This can be accomplished by adding one or two drops of mint extract to your favorite vanilla frosting recipe.
